Anyone with connections to property managers or property management companies can apply to become a partner. Ideal partners include realtors, property management consultants, property service providers, real estate software vendors, and industry influencers.
Partners can earn up to 10% in recurring monthly commissions for the lifetime of referred clients, or opt for a one-time payment of $500 per successful referral. Higher volume partners may qualify for increased commission rates.
Simply fill out the application form on this page. Once approved, you'll receive your personal referral link and access to our partner portal with marketing resources. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of your application.
You can either share your unique referral link with potential clients, allowing them to sign up directly, or submit their contact information through our partner portal. Our sales team will then reach out to them and guide them through the process.
For recurring commissions, payments are made monthly via direct deposit or PayPal. For one-time commissions, payment is processed after your referred client completes their onboarding. Partners can track all commissions through our partner dashboard.
We provide comprehensive resources including marketing materials, product demos, sales collateral, and training on the CharlieIQ platform. You'll also have access to a dedicated partner success manager to help maximize your referral potential.
