Dispatch

Signals in. A ranked build list out.
Before you burn capacity on the wrong work.

AI made it cheap to start building — not easier to know what deserves to be built. Dispatch is a guided AI planning wizard: it reads your site, your dev history, and your customer signals, then hands you a ranked, evidence-linked answer to “what should we build next?” — then staffs whatever you choose.

Blank Forms — Confirm, Don't Type
The Wizard

Four locked steps.
Each one builds context for the next.

The wizard is why you open Dispatch. Steps unlock in order — you can't skip ahead — and every step ends with you confirming what the AI found, not typing into a blank form.

01 Step 1

Company

Enrich from your public site — confirm, don't type.

Paste your website and, optionally, your help docs. Dispatch scrapes the site, researches the market, and comes back with industry, segment, growth stage, key features, and likely competitors — as editable chips, not a questionnaire.

  • Product, market position & notable customers auto-detected
  • Growth stage sets your default outcome weights
  • One click to move on: “Looks right — confirm →”
02 Step 2

Product

Map where engineering effort actually goes.

Connect GitHub and Jira — read-only, always — or upload a CSV. Dispatch groups the last 90 days of commits and backlog into functional areas and shows you where effort goes today.

  • Product Effort Map — % of effort per area
  • Evidence on every area: “N commits · N backlog issues”
  • Edit areas, refresh, then confirm the mapping
03 Step 3

Customers

Cluster support & CRM into pain themes.

Connect Intercom and HubSpot, or upload CSVs. Conversations and CRM data cluster into pain themes tied to product areas — each with volume, sentiment, trend, unique customers, and ARR at risk, backed by real quotes.

  • Segments weighted High / Medium / Low importance
  • ARR at risk computed from closed-won deals
  • Toggle themes in or out before synthesis
04 Step 4

Opportunities

A ranked answer to “what do we build next?”

Dispatch synthesizes 5–8 opportunities — bottom-up, from clustered signals — scores each against three SaaS outcomes, and ranks by Composite Impact. Drag the weights and the ranking re-sorts live.

  • Every opportunity cites its linked signals — verbatim
  • Score = importance × satisfaction gap
  • RICE included as a translation for leadership
The Problem

Building got cheap.
Choosing didn't.

AI collapsed the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping the wrong thing is untouched. The evidence you need already lives in the tools you run — it's just siloed, so priority calls default to gut feel, a spreadsheet, or whoever shouts loudest.

  • Backlogs — Jira says everything is P1; nothing tells you which ticket actually moves retention or revenue
  • Support queues — Intercom knows exactly where customers hurt, and none of it reaches the planning meeting
  • CRM — HubSpot knows which accounts each pain touches and the ARR at risk; nobody joins it to the roadmap
  • Commit history — GitHub knows where engineering time goes, usually not where the pain is

RANK #1 Self-serve onboarding · $142k ARR at risk
How It Ranks

Three outcomes. One dial.
The ranking re-sorts live.

Add new logos

Grow TAM and SAM. Opportunities that open new segments or remove adoption blockers score here — weighted heaviest for early-stage companies.

Improve retention

LTV and dollars per logo. Pain themes carrying real ARR at risk push these rows up — the heavyweight once you're at scale.

Decrease costs

Reduce CAC and OPEX. Ticket deflection and effort sinks surface here — climbing from a sliver of the weight early to a third at maturity.

Outcome weights

Drag to match strategy. Lock one outcome and the other two redistribute — the total always holds at 100%, and the matrix re-ranks the moment you let go.

After The Decision

Picked the winner?
Staff it in one click.

The wizard is why you open Dispatch; the capacity layer is how the decision ships. “Apply to roadmap” turns any opportunity into a project — sized from its effort estimate, carrying its ARR impact — ready to staff with pods and vendors.

  • Pods composed from a canonical role taxonomy — or “Ask AI” for a recommended team
  • Vendors with versioned rate cards and live monthly cost previews
  • Roadmap Gantt with six live KPIs — spend, burn, peak burn, active projects, pods allocated
  • Bench warnings when a pod drops under 50% allocation · one-click Excel export
  • Related work re-sized from the same tickets the wizard already read
Get Started

Paste a URL.
Leave with a build list.

Step 1 needs nothing but your website. Connect the tools you already run — read-only, always — and walk out of one sitting with 5–8 ranked, evidence-linked opportunities. Then staff the winner without leaving the product.
